- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, transaction logs, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between company records and bank statements
- Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Support internal and external audits and maintain proper internal controls
- Analyze financial data, monitor budgets, and provide insights to management
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Overview
