Responsibilities
- Maintain and record daily financial transactions in the accounting system
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and expense records
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management
- Manage accounting entries and reports through the Zoho accounting platform
- Assist with tax related documentation, compliance, and reporting where required
- Maintain accurate records of company financial data and support audit requirements when necessary
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
- Experience working with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of tax related accounting and compliance procedures
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks effectively
