About the Role

Responsibilities
- Accurately post daily debits and credits, manage the general ledger, and ensure all manufacturing transactions are classified correctly
- Maintain accurate stock records, assist in periodic inventory counts, and support product cost analysis
- Process vendor invoices, issue payments, issue client invoices, and track outstanding collections/receivables
- Manage UAE VAT filings, ensuring complete compliance with FTA regulations
- Administer accurate monthly or weekly payroll and calculate deductions
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, supplier ledgers, and inventory variances
- Bring books to the trial balance stage and prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 2 to 4+ years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero) and advanced MS Excel
- Strong familiarity with UAE VAT laws and basic bookkeeping principles
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 5,000 AED 8,000 per month.
