Grandseal Building & Construction Materials LLC operates in construction materials and specialty construction chemicals.

Grandseal is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to support daily accounting and financial operations.

The role covers financial records, receivables, payables, reconciliations, inventory transactions, month-end closing, and financial reporting.

Manage sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, receivables, and payables.
Monitor outstanding balances, aging, collections, payment allocations, and account discrepancies.
Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, customer accounts, and general ledger balances.
Support inventory accounting, stock adjustments, valuation, damaged stock, and physical-to-system reconciliation.
Review product costing and landed costs, including freight, customs, clearing, and import expenses.
Assist with monthly and year-end closing, accounting schedules, management reports, and UAE VAT requirements.
Maintain documentation and accurate transaction records in Odoo ERP.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations teams and support external auditors.
