The Accountant keeps PROPUP's books accurate and current by recording transactions, producing periodic reports and owner statements, and preparing VAT and corporate tax submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily transactions, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, accruals, and prepayments.
- Reconcile OTA revenue from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other channels against bank receipts and property management records.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
