DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit CHA portfolio to validate that resident complaints were appropriately addressed.
- Follow up with portfolio operations team to request updates on complaint resolutions.
- Develop and implement accountability frameworks and performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on performance outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular analysis on work orders and reports to emergency services.
- Provide training and support to staff on accountability practices.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to promote a culture of accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or a combination of experience with a preference of 2-3 years’ experience in customer experience or quality assurance settings. The candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity. Valid driver’s license is required.
