The Accountability Analyst works under limited supervision and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization meets its strategic goals and objectives.
This position involves monitoring, evaluating, validating, and reporting on the performance of various departments and projects, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols, and resolving resident complaints.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or a combination of experience with a preference of 2-3 years’ experience in customer experience or quality assurance settings.
The candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Hybrid work schedule (position specific) This position may be eligible for remote work following a successful completion of a 90-day probationary period according to CHA’s established policies and procedures.
