- Support day to day management of client accounts
- Keep timelines, status updates, meeting notes, and deliverables organized
- Turn client requests into clear briefs for creative and production teams
- Build and maintain content calendars
- Write captions, ad copy, and campaign messaging across different brand voices
- Coordinate briefs, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery
- Prepare decks for presentations, proposals, and internal reviews
- Support campaign reporting and turn results into insights
- Manage comments, DMs, and daily community interactions
- Keep up with sport, culture, internet behavior, and social trends
Requirements
- Studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, or media
- Social media native
- Clear, confident English writing skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several tasks
- Interest in sport and culture
- Based in Dubai with UAE citizenship or valid residence visa

About the role
- We are looking for someone who lives online, loves sports, understands culture, and knows how to use 'getting buckets' in a sentence.
- This is not an internship where we ask you to make coffee. As our Account & Social Intern, you will work on real accounts, contribute ideas, and help bring them to life across social feeds and beyond.
- You will be the link between our clients and creative teams, keeping communication clear, accounts on track, and content on schedule.
What you will do
- Support the day to day management of client accounts

- Manage comments, DMs, and daily community interactions
- Know how and when to bring a little personality to the comments section
- Keep up with sport, culture, internet behaviour, and social trends
- Spot trends, content opportunities, and cultural moments

- You are studying or have recently graduated in marketing, communications, or media
- You are social media native
- You write clear, confident English across captions, briefs, decks, and client communication
- You are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing several tasks at once

- You are based in Dubai and hold UAE citizenship or a valid UAE residence visa
