Role Overview
CDW is hiring Account Representatives to sell technology products, services, and solutions.
The role offers a career progression path toward Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Executive Account Manager.
The position is designed to develop trusted technology consultants and customer advisors.
What You’ll Do
- Build, grow, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Educate customers and sell technology products, services, and solutions.
- Prospect for new customers through frequent customer touchpoints.
- Research current and potential customers to understand their business needs.
- Collaborate with peers and industry partners to deliver technology solutions.
Training and Development
- Complete six weeks of instructor-led, interactive classroom training.
- Complete four months of hands-on selling and training with one-on-one coaching in the Sales Academy.
- Work with a dedicated manager to build consultative customer relationships and customized solutions.
- Participate in ongoing Sales Residency training, development, and mentorship.
