Role overview
Account Representative role in a structured sales training program for technology products, services and solutions.
The position offers a progression path toward Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Executive Account Manager roles.
What you will do
- Build, grow and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Educate customers and sell technology products, services and solutions.
- Prospect for new customers through a high volume of customer touchpoints.
- Research customers to understand their businesses and explain the value of CDW solutions.
- Collaborate with peers and industry partners to create customized technology solutions.
- Build a book of business and develop consultative customer relationships.
Training and development
- Complete six weeks of instructor-led, interactive classroom training.
- Complete four months of hands-on selling and training with one-on-one coaching in the Sales Academy.
- Receive ongoing training, development and mentorship through Sales Residency.
Must-have qualifications
- Self-motivation, ambition and interest in using technology solutions to impact business outcomes.
