Account Owner

University degree (technical or business); MBA is a plus

Experience in the IT or Gaming/Lottery environment; international and corporate experience is an advantage

Experience managing large customer accounts, driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic management

Ideally, proven experience in selling SaaS products and digital technology solutions

Strong negotiation skills and ability to turn a no into a yes — showing persistence and creativity in influencing customers

Ability to operate with a senior-level mindset — strategic yet hands-on; self-motivated and driven by outcomes

Excellent communication skills; able to deliver dynamic presentations, internally and externally

Strong interest in discovering and meeting customer needs; proven ability to navigate difficult customer conversations while maintaining best interests for all parties

Must understand the financial picture of any deal; knows how to close deals to achieve company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction

Structured, precise, solution-oriented thinking; enthusiasm for sophisticated technical solutions

Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills; strong work ethic and perseverance in a dynamic, results-oriented environment

Excellent language skills in German and English; comfortable in various cultural environments

Willingness to travel on business trips (up to 50% of working time)
