Account Manager

An Account Manager/Client Care Specialist is responsible for client account management, including client retention, enhancement sales, new contract sales, business development, production layout and overview.

This position will also ensure total client satisfaction while assisting the production department to produce the jobs using horticulturally correct and time-productive methods.

This position will have winter responsibilities with our snow operations team.

As an Account Manager/Client Care Specialist you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:

• Introduce and meet with new and existing clients to sell commercial landscape maintenance contract s, enhancement services , and snow removal contracts .
• Prepare estimates and proposals for presentation to clients.
• Make daily customer site visits, and regular phone contact to ensure quality services and customer satisfaction.
• Direct landscape crews on maintenance service orders, with a detailed and planned approach.
• Consistently offer additional services to customers, to educate and build customer confidence regarding the enhancement of their landscape investment.
• Schedule and plan daily activities. Meet regularly with the Branch Manager and Operations teams to review progress, sales goals and performance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
