The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and is responsible for building strong relationships, overseeing day-to-day account execution, and ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with operations, technology, accounting, compliance, and leadership to resolve issues, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to strengthen each customer partnership.
The ideal candidate takes ownership, communicates proactively, and can balance immediate operational needs with the customer’s long-term goals.
