ACCOUNT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with French, working on-site (hybrid model) in Prague.

Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients and agency stakeholders, building strong, trusted partnerships.

Manage end-to-end localization, transcreation, and creative production projects across multiple markets and channels.

Coordinate internal teams (design, language, digital, post-production, etc.) and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Lead client communications, status meetings, and project planning activities.

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and brand standards.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Fluent or native-level French and professional English.

5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or Production Management within a creative agency, production studio, or localization environment.

Strong experience managing international clients and complex, multi-market projects.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Leadership potential with the ability to lead and develop a team of 3-5 people.

Understanding of localization, transcreation, and creative production workflows, with the ability to bridge client needs and production requirements.
