Role overview

Drive adoption, utilization, and referral momentum for activated or near-activated Radioligand Therapy centres.

Operate across clinical pathway execution, multidisciplinary engagement, and operational pull-through for prostate cancer care.

Embed Radioligand Therapy into routine clinical practice for eligible patients after site access and frameworks are established.

Field execution and clinical engagement

  • Execute approved account strategies within assigned centres and referral networks.
  • Build relationships with medical oncologists, nuclear medicine physicians, radiation oncologists, MDT coordinators, specialist nurses, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver compliant scientific and clinical education on patient identification, referral sequencing, and treatment flow.
  • Support appropriate use of Radioligand Therapy within prostate cancer pathways.

Referral pathway and MDT optimization

  • Optimize referral pathways and MDT decision-making for eligible Radioligand Therapy patients.
  • Reinforce appropriate patient identification in line with clinical guidelines and local site protocols.
  • Help centres embed Radioligand Therapy into routine genitourinary MDT discussions and prostate cancer treatment planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve referral consistency and reduce pathway friction.

Treatment pull-through and support

  • Monitor patient flow from referral through treatment and identify barriers affecting utilization.
  • Work with site operational teams to support scheduling predictability and treatment readiness.
  • Provide practical support so eligible patients can move efficiently through the treatment pathway.
  • Escalate system, capacity, or access issues to the RLT Access and Activation Lead.

RLT team partnership

  • Support site strategy and priorities established by the RLT Access and Activation Lead.
  • Provide field insights on clinician engagement, referral challenges, operational barriers, and account opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally to align messaging and coordinate execution.
  • Collaborate with medical, access, operations, and commercial colleagues.

Compliance and integrity

  • Operate in compliance with regulatory, ethical, safety, and company standards.
  • Ensure interactions are appropriate, balanced, and aligned with approved materials and guidance.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, credibility, and integrity.

About you

  • Bring a strong track record in specialist healthcare engagement, preferably in oncology, nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, or complex hospital pathways.
  • Be scientifically credible and comfortable with complex clinical discussions.
  • Have experience in oncology, specialist care, or high-science hospital environments.
  • Be skilled in account planning, stakeholder mapping, and pathway optimization.
  • Be comfortable working across clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Identify barriers and develop practical, compliant solutions.
  • Work collaboratively and remain committed to ethical, compliant, patient-focused practice.

Skills

  • Accountability, customer engagement, and key account management.
  • Commercial excellence, market development, and value propositions.
  • Professional ethics, team collaboration, and revenue growth.
