About you
You’ll join a growing Account Management team within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) division, where you’ll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships and develop your career alongside a supportive team. You’re someone who enjoys working with people, stays positive when faced with challenges, and is keen to learn. This is a hybrid role, with time spent in our Loughborough office once a week.
Day-to-day, you will
Manage a high volume of customer queries, providing a responsive and high-quality service.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels of customer organisations and lead customer meetings.
Support a smooth transition from sales to implementation by working closely with project teams once a sale is agreed.
Organise and deliver regular account review meetings to help customers get the most value from their software.
Your skills and experiences might also include
- Experience in sales or account management within a customer-focused environment.
- Experience in software sales or technology solutions, although this is not essential.
- The ability to work in a fast-moving environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with people at all levels.
