Salary Range (base pay): $78,000 - $90,000

📌 About the Role

Our Account Managers are experienced sales professionals responsible for driving growth and expansion of the Encircle solution across a portfolio of customers.

They are passionate about sales and committed to adding values to our customer experience using the Encircle platform.

You will partner closely with the Customer Success team and Revenue Leadership to achieve your targets.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned contract renewals to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Own contract processes, including renewal management, quote creation, salesforce opportunity records, forecasting outcomes and tracking progress of signature
• Identify opportunities to expand Encircle’s footprint as part of the renewal process
• Identify opportunities to sell new products to our current customers
• Leverage platform data to run campaigns to create new product pipeline or expansion revenue
• Work with the CSM team to identify at-risk accounts and put together a strategy to secure the renewal, as needed
• Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers, both via phone and email. This includes objection-handling and problem-solving when customers request discounts, indicate they don’t want to renew, alert us that they’re evaluating competing solutions, not interested in new products, etc.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products to deliver demonstrations of the Encircle platform to existing customers
• Leverage platform data to run campaigns to create new product pipeline
