Mid–Senior Level

We are looking for a

proactive, client‑focused Account Manager

to manage key accounts, ensure service excellence, and drive contract growth.

The ideal candidate understands manpower operations, client management, and the dynamics of outsourcing in Saudi Arabia.

To

manage client relationships

, ensure smooth delivery of outsourced workforce services, and grow existing accounts through strong communication, operational coordination, and commercial awareness.

1) Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Build strong, long-term relationships with HR, procurement, and operations teams.

Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and satisfaction assessments.

2) Service Delivery Oversight

Coordinate with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to ensure timely deployment of manpower.

Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance of outsourced staff.

Resolve client issues, escalations, and operational challenges quickly.

3) Contract & Performance Management

Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contract terms.

Track workforce numbers, renewals, replacements, and mobilization timelines.

Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

4) Commercial Growth

Identify opportunities to expand headcount or introduce new services.

Support proposal development, pricing updates, and contract renewals.

Maintain strong awareness of market trends and competitor activities.

5) Internal Coordination

Work closely with recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and finance teams.

Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Support onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience In

outsourcing, manpower, staffing, or HR services

in Saudi Arabia.

Strong understanding of business

Experience managing medium-to-large accounts.

Strong communication skills in

Arabic & English

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
