Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent Arabic and English bilingual
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to develop long term strategic plans for customers
- Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project
- Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
- Versatile, autonomous, assertive, customer oriented, team player

Your Tasks
- Engage with senior executives of multinational corporations and mid sized companies in both private and public sectors.
- Work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships.
- Act as a product expert and voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure long term customer retention.
- Identify and act on upsell and cross sell opportunities to achieve targets.
- Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions.

Profile Required
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
