- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing clients, preferably within a digital marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Analytical mindset with exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines
