Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and delivery
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reporting to clients
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and contributing to account growth
- Ensure all deliverables align with client objectives and brand guidelines
Requirements
- 2 3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
