- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling company products and services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and business presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management
- Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent problem solving and relationship building abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- UAE market experience is preferred
