Position Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling company products and services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and business presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem solving and relationship building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • UAE market experience is preferred.

Pay and Location

  • Pay: QAR17,000.00 per month.
