As an Account Manager Business Solutions, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of business customers connected to SA Water's Virginia Pipeline Scheme and Northern Adelaide Irrigation Scheme.
Working with customers ranging from family-operated farms to sophisticated agribusinesses, you'll build trusted relationships, manage customer contracts, coordinate service requests and provide guidance on matters including billing, compliance and water services.
This is a varied role with a mix of office and field-based work, giving you the opportunity to regularly engage with customers on-site while collaborating with engineers, planners and other specialists to deliver practical solutions and positive customer outcomes.

Experience managing customer relationships, accounts or contracts in a business-to-business environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to interpret contracts, policies and regulatory requirements.
Proven negotiation, problem-solving and influencing capabilities.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, independent and customer-focused approach.
Sound commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Experience within utilities, agriculture, infrastructure or a related industry will be highly regarded.
