- The role is designed as hybrid, with an average requirement of two days per week from an HPE office.
Role Overview
Manage one or more large accounts or act as account lead for a substantial part of a top account.
Understand customer IT and business objectives, priorities, requirements, and challenges.
Drive business performance across HPE business units and optimize account portfolio profitability.
Act as the customer's advocate inside HPE and plan account results for the current financial year and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Connect customer KPIs, business priorities, and initiatives to HPE IT solution plans.
- Influence customer executives by presenting the value and relevance of HPE solutions.
- Build growth and profitability plans across HPE's portfolio and expand the customer network.
- Identify opportunities, translate business challenges into IT opportunities, and govern the account pipeline.
- Develop customer relationships and manage the account's partner landscape and partner strategy.
- Maintain IT technology expertise and present relevant trends and portfolio solutions to customer leaders.
