We are looking for high-performing Sales Managers and Sales Executives to drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and deliver outstanding commercial results. Whether you are leading a sales team or directly managing key accounts, you will be responsible for creating opportunities, winning new business, and maximising customer value through consultative, solution-led selling.
Key Responsibilities
For Sales Managers
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets
Set clear direction and translate company strategy into actionable sales plans
Recruit, coach, develop and retain best-in-class sales talent
Drive a strong hunting mentality and pipeline growth across enterprise and strategic accounts
Manage sales planning, forecasting, and execution to ensure consistent results
Orchestrate complex, enterprise-level customer engagements and manage escalations
Engage with senior customer executives to understand business priorities and position compelling value propositions
Partner cross-functionally (channel, marketing, HR, legal, and other business units) to maximise customer success
Ensure sales methodology is consistently applied across the end-to-end sales process
Provide structured deal reviews, customer feedback, and win/loss analysis
For Sales Executives
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within target accounts and territories
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
Understand customer business challenges and present tailored solutions and pricing strategies
Manage opportunities from lead to close, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
Develop and maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline and forecast
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver winning solutions
Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
Degree-level education preferred or equivalent commercial experience
Sales Managers:
10–12+ years of successful sales experience
5+ years leading high-performing sales teams
Sales Executives:
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing complex or solution-based sales cycles
Strong project management and organisational skills

Ability to translate vision into action and drive performance
Strong coaching, mentoring and development capability
Comfortable leading through change and managing complexity
