Role overview
Own the Abbott Point of Care relationship with key stakeholders across Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory.
Create and manage a commercial strategy and business plan to meet or exceed geography financial goals.
Coordinate account management, implementation, and marketing resources to deliver the plan.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and manage profitability and expense targets across the territory.
- Maximize cartridge utilization, capital placement, and conversion of new accounts.
- Manage the sales process from territory planning and pre-call planning through post-call evaluation.
- Manage capital and cartridge new-business opportunities in SFDC.
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare markets, i-STAT products, and relevant product areas.
- Work with marketing to introduce new products and product extensions to key accounts.
- Work with Implementation to ensure smooth installation and maximize cartridge utilization and capital placement.
- Define and communicate strategy and goals to distribution partners where relevant.
- Manage multiple territories autonomously while keeping reporting records and goals current.
