Koraspond is seeking an Account Lead to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of key clients.
The role oversees client engagements from initial brief through campaign execution, delivery, and performance reporting.
The position is full-time, on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships end-to-end and maintain consistent communication and satisfaction.
- Develop strategic communication and marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
- Translate business goals into creative briefs and actionable internal plans.
- Oversee advertising, branding, and digital campaigns across creative, media, production, and digital teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights, post-campaign analyses, and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of account management experience in an agency environment.
- Experience managing integrated brand, digital, and performance campaigns.
- Strong analytical capability and confidence presenting to senior client stakeholders.
- Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
