- Manage day to day accounting transactions and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping
- Process purchase bills, credit notes, payments, and other accounting entries using Zoho Books
- Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and reconcile vendor balances
- Assist with month end and year end closing activities
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams as required
- Maintain organized filing and documentation of financial records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Hands on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Overview
