Responsibilities
- Manage day to day client relationships and ensure social media campaigns align with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Plan and execute content calendars, coordinating with creative and digital teams
- Monitor campaign performance across platforms
- Coordinate and manage photo/video shoots, overseeing campaign execution from planning to delivery
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders
- Create engaging content ideas, support copywriting and caption development, assist in basic creative direction for posts/reels
- Track competitor activity and stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
- Prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, provide optimization insights
- Support new business activities, including proposal development, presentations, and cross selling digital media services
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media and account management (mandatory)
- Experience managing social media accounts, campaigns, and production shoots
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with client facing experience
- Proven account management experience handling multiple clients and coordinating teams
- Hands on experience with social media and digital media platforms
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to create content calendars and support content planning
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Role Description
- Full time, on site role for an Account Executive (Social Media) based in Abu Dhabi.
- Manage day to day client relationships and ensure social media campaigns are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute content calendars, coordinate with creative and digital teams, and monitor campaign performance across platforms.

Qualifications
