- Manage day to day client relationships and ensure social media campaigns align with client objectives and brand guidelines

- Create engaging content ideas and support copywriting and caption development
- Track competitor activity and stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
- Prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide optimization insights
- Support new business activities including proposal development, presentations, and cross selling digital media services
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media and account management (mandatory)
- Experience managing social media accounts, campaigns, and production shoots
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with client facing experience
- Proven account management experience handling multiple clients and coordinating teams
- Hands on experience with social media and digital media platforms
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to create content calendars and support content planning
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for an Account Executive (Social Media) based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Account Executive will manage day to day client relationships and ensure social media campaigns are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Responsibilities include planning and executing content calendars, coordinating with creative and digital teams, and monitoring campaign performance across platforms.
- The role also requires coordinating and managing photo/video shoots, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Additional responsibilities include creating engaging content ideas, supporting copywriting and caption development, assisting in basic creative direction for posts/reels, tracking competitor activity, and staying updated with social media trends and algorithm changes.
- The candidate will prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, provide optimization insights, and support new business activities, including proposal development, presentations, and cross selling digital media services.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in social media and account management (mandatory)
- Experience managing social media accounts, campaigns, and production shoots
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with client facing experience

- Hands on experience with social media and digital media platforms

Salary
- AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
