Account Executive, Mid-Market

You will be directly responsible for driving net new and expansion revenue for our mid-market segment

You may be heavily involved in the account management process where you will ensure client happiness and own a churn number

Trigger & list based outbound is being built, so you will be a leader in implementing this yourself and across the team

Approach clients like future partners to be collaborated with, not leads to be closed. Yes, we want to sell more, however we’ve found that a collaborative sales process ensures long term success and we’ll support you going over and above to ensure your client needs are met
