- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular follow ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with design, development, marketing, and production teams for timely project delivery
- Handle client requests, feedback, approvals, and project updates
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage company and client social media accounts, schedule and publish content
- Write engaging captions and content aligned with marketing strategies
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions on social media
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Social Media Management, Marketing, or Sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience using Meta Business Suite and social media management tools
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results driven Account Manager & Social Media Specialist to manage existing client accounts, oversee social media activities, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with design, development, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.

- Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Introduce company services and solutions to potential customers.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Client Meetings & Communication
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Present company services, marketing strategies, and project updates.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Social Media Management, Marketing, or Sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
