Workplace and Employment
- Full-time role based on site in Dubai, UAE.
- Only candidates currently based in Dubai will be considered.
Compensation
- Compensation includes a basic salary and uncapped commission.
- The role offers earning potential for high performers.
What You Will Do
- Identify and approach car rental companies and mobility businesses.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting.
- Connect with owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls, sales meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Understand partner challenges and clearly present Leniqo's value.
- Handle objections, follow up consistently, and keep deals moving forward.
- Negotiate and close new partnerships.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Work toward clear sales KPIs and revenue targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Confidence with outbound sales and approaching new businesses.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort working with targets and KPIs.
- Motivation by performance and uncapped commission.
- Persistence, organization, and strong follow-up ability.
- Comfort working under pressure and taking ownership of results.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, automotive, mobility, or car rental is advantageous.
