Account Executive

Requirements

• Experience in lead generation or inside sales roles
• Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 50–100 per day)
• Strong listening skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt conversations
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems

• U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $109,200. Total Target Cash Range: $100,900 - $168,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
