Overview
- We are looking for a Data Entry (Accounts) staff member with knowledge of UAE accounting practices.
- Enter daily financial transactions into the accounting system
- Update ledgers, journals, and basic accounting records
- Process and record supplier invoices and customer invoices
- Assist in preparing payment vouchers and receipts
- Maintain organized filing of accounting documents (digital and physical)
- Support basic bank and account reconciliations
- Check data for accuracy before submission
- Coordinate with other departments to collect required documents
- Follow up on missing invoices or payment details
- Assist the accountant/finance team with routine tasks and simple reports
- VAT documentation
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
