Role Overview
Manage employee accommodation arrangements and ensure company-provided housing is safe, comfortable, well-maintained, and compliant with policies and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage accommodation allocation, room assignments, transfers, and employee check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain accommodation records, occupancy reports, invoices, contracts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate employee requests, concerns, complaints, and accommodation issue resolution.
- Liaise with landlords, accommodation providers, maintenance teams, and service contractors.
- Conduct inspections and follow up on repairs, cleaning, pest control, utilities, and other services.
- Support new employees with accommodation arrangements during onboarding.
- Monitor occupancy and prepare reports covering occupancy, costs, maintenance, and accommodation issues.
- Work closely with HR, People and Culture, Payroll, Administration, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Ensure facilities meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and employee welfare.
- Ensure compliance with company accommodation policies and relevant local requirements.
