Role Overview
Maintain Heartist accommodation to a high standard in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Perform hands-on building maintenance and repairs across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in staff accommodation.
- Repair air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building issues.
- Inspect facilities and resolve maintenance issues.
- Troubleshoot faults while minimising disruption.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Comply with health, safety, and company standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications
- At least two years of building maintenance experience is required.
- Hotel, staff accommodation, or residential facilities experience is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of air conditioning, electrical works, and plumbing is required.
- Experience with carpentry, painting, and minor repairs is required.
- The candidate must work independently and prioritise requests effectively.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality are required.
