Academic Planning Analyst (Temporary Contract)

Qualifications/Experience

• Four (4) year degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative discipline
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in data modelling and analytics, whether through professional employment, academic research, capstone projects, internships, or other comparable project-based work.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard reporting
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and other data analytics tools, e.g. Power BI
• Ability to work with raw data and manipulate large datasets with high competency
• Strong communication (verbal/written) skills; ability to communicate complex data with a non-technical audience
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
• Quick learner who grasps new concepts and techniques quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to manage competing deadlines and changing priorities
