Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, and career opportunities
- Understand student needs and recommend appropriate academic programs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, walk ins, and follow ups
- Maintain detailed records of leads, follow ups, and conversions in CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets set by the management
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and persuasion
- Conduct counselling sessions via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person meetings
- Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities
- Provide accurate information about course fees, documentation, and admission procedures
- Build strong relationships with students to support higher conversion rates
- Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding

- Good sales skills with a goal oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage
