Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and chiller systems
- Diagnose faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in AC and chiller equipment
- Service compressors, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and related HVAC components
- Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
Requirements
- Experience in installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and chiller systems
- Ability to diagnose faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues in AC and chiller equipment
- Experience servicing compressors, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and related HVAC components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of safety regulations and company standards
- Ability to maintain accurate service and maintenance records
