QUALIFICATIONS

- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interaction
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Move spools and carriages from extrusion into the WIP area and to conversion machines, including required scanning activities.
- Ensure all spool and material movements are accurately scanned and recorded in the IBS system.
- Maintain organization of the WIP area, ensuring proper first-in, first-out (FIFO) material flow.
- Transport empty spools from the conversion area back to extrusion in a timely manner.
- Reconcile physical material movements with IBS system transactions and report discrepancies as needed.
- Comply with all OSHA, MSDS, and C-TPAT regulations, as well as the Minigrip safety program and policies.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and clean work environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a 5S organizational program.
- Communicate effectively with extrusion, conversion, and inventory personnel to support production flow.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
