QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree preferred or experience in related field
- Good organizational skills and high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and demands
- Able to identify and address production issues efficiently
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe Illustrator & Premiere Pro
- Basic understanding of production processes and industry standards
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interaction
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide project and team support
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Create, edit and produce high-quality video content that supports project communication, training, presentations and organizational messaging.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare comprehensive agendas, and document minutes, action items, and decisions.
- Provide information and support for active Six Sigma projects as required by the Project Manager or Lean/Six Sigma Lead.
- Participate as an active team member of Six Sigma projects when required, contributing to the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) phases.
- Maintain and manage project databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Conduct analysis and data reporting to track project performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
