About the Role

- Work on transactions providing exposure to a broad range of client industries and investment banking services
- Research and analyse financial statements, general economic conditions, industry specific developments, acquisitions and divestitures
- Analyse investment attributes of publicly traded and private companies
- Gain intimate knowledge of capital raisings and financing structures
Requirements
- Strong academic background
- 3 6 months minimum prior internship experience in Investment Banking; M&A/Corporate Finance experience preferable
- Strong financial and computer skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid accounting and finance knowledge (understanding of financial statements analysis)
- Some understanding of financial modelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Mandarin language advantageous

Overview
- Houlihan Lokey is a leading global investment bank.
- The Corporate Finance Oil & Gas team in Dubai is looking to hire an Off Cycle intern for 6 months.
