Role Overview
The role combines joinery drafting and 3D visualization for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
The position requires a skilled and experienced professional who can produce technical drawings, models, visualizations, and renderings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Develop accurate technical drawings based on design concepts and project requirements.
- Prepare 3D models, visualizations, and high-quality renderings.
- Coordinate drawings with design, production, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and joinery standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on client, consultant, and project team comments.
- Prepare detailed drawings suitable for production and installation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joinery Draftsman within the interior design, fit-out, or joinery industry.
- Strong experience preparing joinery shop drawings.
- Hands-on experience in 3D visualization and rendering.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery works, materials, construction methods, and technical details.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior design, and construction drawings.
