Operate press, finishing, and production equipment to meet daily production, quality, and turnaround goals.
Follow job instructions and monitor workflows to ensure accurate, efficient output.
Perform quality checks throughout the production process and report any issues or defects.
Keep your workstation stocked with materials and supplies to maintain a steady production flow.
Communicate equipment concerns, delays, or quality issues to leadership and maintenance teams.
Participate in shift handoffs to ensure smooth transitions and clear updates.
Follow safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards).
Share ideas and feedback to help improve processes and overall efficiency.
We’re looking for someone who’ll hit the ground running with:
Hands-on experience operating industrial or production equipment (printing, bindery, or finishing equipment is a plus).
Comfortable following written instructions and production schedules with strong attention to detail.
Basic mechanical skills and confidence in making minor, approved adjustments to keep equipment running smoothly.
Familiarity with quality control practices in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials and supplies as part of daily tasks.
Open to working second shift and thriving in a fast-paced production environment.
