Adhere to safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations to foster a safe work environment for all team members.
Support environmental initiatives and comply with relevant environmental regulations and standards.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance teams to ensure that machining processes meet established quality standards.
Monitor equipment performance and notify the Maintenance Supervisor of any quality-related concerns or potential improvements.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery of machined components, providing timely response to maintenance requests.
Identify opportunities for productivity improvements within the machining processes and equipment maintenance, collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor to implement measures that increase efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
Provide regular updates to the Maintenance Supervisor on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and improvements implemented.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in equipment maintenance or a related field, demonstrating familiarity with maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques within a machining environment.
Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment maintenance requirements.
Ability to follow instructions, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods, performing physically demanding tasks, and occasionally lifting heavy objects.
