Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• + Provide on-site technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• + Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
• + Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, either on-site or remotely.
• + Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• + Set up and configure new equipment and software for employees.
• + Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and system backups.
• + Train end-users on basic IT functions and best practices.
• + Document support activities, solutions, and configurations for future reference.
• + Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades and migrations.
• + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve IT support services.
• + Working part of the Global IT team
• Who we’re looking for:

Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills

• + 5+ years relevant IT support experience
• + 3+ years living and working in KSA
• + Transferable Iqama
• + Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• + Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• + Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• + Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise IT systems.
• + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• + Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• + Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
• + Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed for system maintenance or emergencies.
