Role Overview
The Engineering Graduate Program starts July 2027. Based out of our Dublin, Vancouver and US offices, launch your career in game development over a 21 month period.
Foundation Training (3 Months): Master game development fundamentals using industry-standard engines, engage in instructor-led projects, receive guided feedback & reviews, and develop essential soft skills for working in a studio environment.
Studio Rotations (18 Months): Complete 3 rotations across 2K studios (such as Hangar 13, Visual Concepts, Firaxis, HB Studios, Gearbox, and more), contributing directly to AAA titles.

Program Overview

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to build and support game features across our titles.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, primarily in C++ & in the Unreal Engine.
- Participate in instructor-led group projects, technical workshops, and guided reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems across diverse engineering platforms and game engines.
- Adapt quickly to varied studio workflows, version control tools (e.g., Perforce), and game release timelines.
