Experience gained through academic projects, co-op placements, internships, research activities, or personal projects related to software development, programming, databases, or web development.

Experience developing software applications using object-oriented programming principles is considered an asset.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated knowledge of the C# programming language. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Reporting Services. Applied understanding of relational database design principles. Working knowledge of web application technologies including HTML, CSS, PHP, Java, and Bootstrap. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and VBA. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Security Clearance Eligibility Required Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's “Standard on Security Screening” and the “Policy on Government Security.”
