Role overview
Support Operational Risk subject matter experts in identifying and documenting AI use cases and requirements.
Partner with AI and technology development teams to support delivery of AI use cases.
Combine business and technical skills to help meet Operational Risk AI needs.
Responsibilities
- Understand AI needs from Operational Risk subject matter experts and ensure requirements are addressed.
- Document AI use cases through intake, scoping, and detailed requirements across the AI development lifecycle.
- Experiment with readily available large language models to identify AI opportunities and best practices.
- Support AI use-case delivery with AI and technology development teams.
- Act as a change champion supporting AI adoption within the business.
Required qualifications
- Strong artificial intelligence experience with demonstrable prompt-engineering experience.
- Experience creating and running Python scripts.
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking, self-direction, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must meet the student eligibility requirements for the four-month Winter 2027 placement.
- Must be located within Ontario for the duration of the work term.
Placement schedule
- This is a four-month Winter 2027 student placement starting in January 2027 and ending in April 2027.
Workplace information
- Flexible work arrangements may be available, but specific virtual, hybrid, or in-office arrangements are to be discussed with the hiring manager.
- The successful candidate must be located within Ontario during the work term.
